I like this very much. Who did the design? It works well on a number of levels. That suitcase makes me want to pick it up and head off into the distance.

Monique Oberholzer at Zebra Press did all the design, inside and out. A gorgeous package it is.

Simply brilliant. Gives me that floaty up-and-away feeling. Love the way she's done the whole North/South global thingie, that our up is their down (you know what I mean). Monique is an amazing designer, a real class act. When I saw the proofs, I noticed how fabulous the page design and chapter headers were, too.

Yes, Ben... your story of American mountain boy gone south with an obsession for cricket would have fit the bill and a half... I'm still pouting.

You'll note that Monique has blended a few cities together, not only the Big Ben overlay, but in the background too.

And you'll also notice that I seem to have something going with dusty rural roads... odd.

Somehow in all the excitement, I missed that Vikas Swarup was going to do a foreword. Or maybe I never knew? Now this is HUGE, people. I get quite a flutter when I see that name up there... cool move, Mr Greenberg.

That is a cover that says, Pick me up and turn me round and once you have me in your hand, march on over to the till and don't you put me down till I'm read.
